Magnolias Design II
Last 7 March, VAPF officially launched the second phase of Magnolias Design, a residential estate with modern style houses built with high-quality materials, an exceptional location and beautiful sea views.
The houses are located in Magnolias Design, an estate comprising 10 houses. This new phase responds to the success experienced with Magnolias Design I.
The second phase of Magnolias Design is made of 4 single-family, 2-story houses in modern style, with built areas of approx. 310 m², 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in plots measuring more than 700 m². They also boast spacious terraces, infinity pools, indoors parking spaces, possibility to include a lift and a spacious open área in ground floor, of approx. 50 m², good for another room, a gym or a study or games room.
These houses, facing southeast, are currently under construction. However, there is a model house to visit upon request.
