Moraig Beach
The City of El Poble Nou de Benitachell has recently published the basis for granting the tender of two beach kiosks in Moraira Cove. Those interested in obtaining authorization for the management of these facilities over the next four years may submit tenders until 20 days after publication Official Provincial Gazette.
The statement sets out the economic, administrative and legal terms of the public tender for the installation of two bars and other services such as beach umbrellas, hammocks or roller skates renting , with a minimum annual fee of € 15,000 and 7,000 € , depending the Kiosk.
The Municipal Tenders Committee shall be responsible for designating the award in order to assess the best value and improvements offered. Some of the responsibilities of the kiosk management will be the installation and maintenance of public use chemical toilets, bins and solar panels, among others.
