Holidays 2012-2013 events at Benitachell
This Christmas will be unique in Poble Nou de Benitachell, with loads of activities starting at early December as we show you below:
– Saturday 8 at 12:30 h. Inauguration of Nativity scene located at the Market Square.
– Sunday 9 from 10:00 to 17:00 h.: Christmas Market with carols, Middle East dance, the “Burreta de Nadal” (Christmas Donkey), hot chocolate and several stands on Calle Mayor and Jose Antonio St.
– Monday 10 at 10:30 h.: Charity campaign to collect toys for children in need, to be held at the Social Centre and organized by the Ladys Club of Poble Nou de Benitachell
– Friday 14 at 20:30 h.: Male voices concert at he Church.
– Tuesday 18 at 19:30 h.: Christmas Seasonal Auditions at the Music School’s auditorium.
– Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 from 09:30 to 13:30 and 18:00 to 20:00 h.: “One Kilogram for Caritas” charity Campaign aimed to collect food in the market to help needy families. That afternoon at 19:30 h. auditions will continue at Music School.
– Sunday 23 at 17:30 h.: Santa Claus will visit Benitachell’s the Market Square with surprises for all the children.
– Thursday 27 from 9:00 to 13:00 h.: Christmas Workshops at Social Center: How to make a letter to the Three Wise Men and screening of Christmas themed Audiovisual.
-Friday 28 from 9:00 to 13:00 h.: Christmas Workshops on Social Centre: “A star, a wish” and visit the royal emissary from the Three Wise Men to collect letters from children.
