Quique Dacosta
The Teulada Moraira Auditorium will host this Friday 24 August the “2nd Exhibition of Wine Tourism and Gastronomy” which includes activities like a cooking show by Quique Dacosta, one of the 40 best chefs in the world.
The event will start around 19:00 h. with the two Michelin stars awarded chef Quique Dacosta presenting an artistic dish called Viña (“Vine”) based in Muscat grape.
Also, that day will take place the award ceremony for the first “Art in the Landscape” contest where participants display their Costa Blanca North related installation art pieces.
The framework of this even will also include the presentation of the new image of “Pitagora” sparkling wine produced by Teulada’s Cooperative. The 700 bottles limited edition of this especial label was designed by Patxi Mangado, the same architect that designed the Teulada Moraira Auditorium.
There will also be a tasting of the products made by the Teuladina and Celler del Roure dels Alforins Cooperatives.
