Alicante Council
On 23 September, 2011 Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante number 183 contained an edict of the City Council regarding the Benitachell Municipal Emergency Planning, which states that will be presented at the City hall of Benitachell until Sunday 9 October. Once the public exhibition ends, the plan has to be approved by the municipal corporation.
The Municipal Territorial Emergency Plan contains a set of measures and actions that the City of Benitachell with the Provincial Council of Alicante, have developed for a coordinated management of emergencies that may occur in the municipality.
This model intends to coordinate actions among different public and private public entities involved in handling emergencies that may occur in the municipality and the Community.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 23.3 of Law 13/2010 of the regional Government, Civil Protection and Emergency Management, will be approved by the plenary of the respective corporations, following the public inquiry.
Under this, the Municipal Territorial Emergency Plan is open for public consultation.
The place of exhibition and consultation will be the Benitachell Town Hall, located in the Mayor St. number 5, opening a period of twenty days from the day following the publication of this release so claims can be made since that date.
