Tapas tasting in Jávea
The 5th Edition of “Tapeo” Tapas tasting in Jávea will take place in the historic old town of Jávea in the Plaça de la Constitució (market square) on the weekend of 1 and 2 October.
The idea of making a Tapas route was undertaken by the Association of Merchants and Businessmen of Xàbia Historic Center with the sponsorship of the Economy Council and Jávea Town for the fifth consecutive year of good work, superb dishes and the nicest service.
It is estimated that 12,000 people from all nationalities who lives in the region, enjoyed the “Tapeo” weekend last year amidst a great atmosphere, performances and of course the local cuisine.
The venue of the event will be the Plaza de la Constitution, which has new improvements for this tapeo weekend as more seats spaces, underground parking and mobile toilets.
In the Tapeo you will find delicious tapas original for local places in Jávea as Bar José, Bar Mercat, Bar Montgó, Bodega Miguel, Café d’Art, Cambalache, El Descorche, El Salaito, L’Embruix, Es Tapa Ti, Índigo Costa, La Musa, La Trastienda, La Rebotica, La Tasqueta del Mercat, Lizarrán, el Mercat Municipal, el Palau, Panadería Pilar, Pastelería Diego, Vinos y Viandas, Yo Sisé Café, Palau Club and La Llum, these two lasts bars will offer cocktails for night. The quality and variety of tapas is assured and its price (1.25 euros) remainsthe same as last year.
As a grand finale for a fine dining week with the performances of local groups such as como Xirimitab’s Sax Expres, Jávea Rock Academy, Cristóbal Cholbi y la Discomóvil Paquitus DJ and many mores. There will be a bouncy castle and numerous children’s entertainment and workshops.
