Since 4 September, eGovernment is in operation at Poble Nou de Benitachell. Many residents of Benitachell have already used this new digital platform and we can realize how people progressively prefer to use this service from home instead of attending to town offices.
Through this service, citizens can check at any time the proceedings status and avoid unnecessarily visits or phone calls to government office.
The eGovernment service is still under the first phase of the implementation and staff training, and during the coming days the electronic platform will be fully operative in all departments and municipal services. In a second phase of the implementation process, all city employees will be able to work under eGovernment platforms.

Courses and activities open for this year: Gymnastics, aerobics, pilates, Valencian ball, tennis and karate, all of them at different levels and for all ages.

The government team of the City of Poble Nou de Benitachell expects that the current works on the football field facilities and surrounding “La Font” sports area would be completed in early September, right on time for the beginning of the sports season and the sports schools’ kick off. This provision responds to the advanced stage of development of the works on the multipurpose building of the sporting facility.

The City of El Poble Nou de Benitachell has provided a new vehicle to the Civil Defence volunteers.
The new vehicle will ensure the functionality and efficiency of Civil Defense corps through the replacement of the old car that already had significant limitations. The new vehicle was acquired under a leasing scheme since this way is the most efficient option for long-term budget and operability.
