The works of Grupo VAPF’s Novamar Suites luxury apartment development in Cumbre del Sol progress as planned; there are several units sold and the works are scheduled to finish on 31 December this year.

Today we are glad to bring you some photos of the building site of Magnolias Design modern villas residential complex located at Cumbre del Sol.
Views from the Jazmines Residential Estate
VAPF Group has just begun the construction of an ultramodern villa design with luxurious finishes in Jazmines Residential Estates, which will be used as showing house in substitution of house number 249.
The new showing villa will be located in a gated community with access control and high quality infrastructure.
The new showing house is divided on two levels: the ground floor has a garage of approximately 80m2 with capacity for 3 or 4 cars, a huge open plan designer kitchen communicated with the porch and barbecue area, a visitor’s bathroom and a laundry area.

VAPF Group is building a unique design villa with stunning sea views in Cumbre del Sol.
The “Cala Moraig” villa is a majestic 519 m² luxury property built on a 960m ² plot with an exquisite exterior architecture and unique location right in front the sea and offering breathtaking Mediterranean views.

According to Grupo VAPF, the villa can be completed within 6-9 months.
Grupo VAPF begins the building works on “Magnolias Design”, a new development of modern houses. As you can see in the photos attached to this post, the building of 3 out of the 6 planned villas (Numbers 151, 152 and 153) of this exclusive development have already begun. At this time, after cleaning the ground and setting the building base, the construction is already rising and getting shape.
