As is usual, each month we publish a post in this blog to update you about the status of the ongoing building works of the developments and estates currently being built by Grupo VAPF. Today we are glad to bring you some photos of the building site of Magnolias Design modern villas residential complex located at Cumbre del Sol.
Novamar Suites
The image seen in this post is dated on 31 January 2013, where you can see the state of the works of “Novamar Suites”, a luxury apartment development being built by Grupo VAPF in Cumbre del Sol.
As you can see, the structure of the building is already built up in this is a residential complex of modern style consisting of nine exclusive apartments that stand out for their design, distribution, quality of finishes and materials, its exclusive Wellness and sea views.
Magnolias Design New Villas
Today we want to bring you the latest photos(taken last 21 December) provided by Grupo VAPF building department about Magnolias Design modern chalets with sea views.
In the recent months, a decorating project was planned to be incorporated into these homes and conducted by renowned interior decorators, which provides peculiar aesthetics elements such as a large format slimline shower dish, worktop with integrated basins (designed by Corian ®), tempered glass partition in shower, integrated dishwasher, living room wall covered with wood panels and upper indirect lighting, porch lounge with large porcelain
Villa Moraira at Jazmines Residential Estates
Villa Moraira is the name that has been chosen for the new luxury villa being built by Grupo VAPF on the plot 62 of the exclusive Jazmines Residencial Estates in Cumbre del Sol, an ultra-modern project with great sea and coastline views.
This property is distributed on two levels: the ground floor has a garage for 3-4 cars, a huge designer open plan kitchen with a spectacular central island and directly linked to the porch and barbecue area. Ground floor also offers a pantry, laundry area and a bathroom.
Today in this post, we decided to feature some photos of the construction site at Magnolias Design, a residential estate with modern style villas and beautiful views to the sea, built by VAPF at Cumbre del Sol. This estate has proven a success, because of its quality-price relationship and its excellent location.
As you will tell from the pictures, the modern style 6 villas are being currently built. All of them include private swimming pools, closed parking and beautiful views to the sea and Ibiza.
Mauresque Villa in Moraira
The division of VAPF dedicated to luxury properties, Luxury Homes by VAPF, located in the sought-after towns of Jávea and Moraira, has included two gorgeous luxury houses into its portfolio.
One of them is an exclusive Mauresque style property located in the coastal town of Moraira.
This house, inspired in the Arab world, stands out thanks to architectural accents such as classic carved arches combined with details in stone, beautiful gardens, a small waterfall, terracotta facades and grilles designed by the famous artist Antonio Marí.
