Less than two months to go until summer is officially here. Warm weather, holidays, breezy nights… Unbeatable? Of course not! Everything can be improved upon and, in this case, our Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol will be the icing on the cake – or the icing on the summer vacation cake.
Our resort has everything you could wish for in a holiday. Looking for relaxation and somewhere to disconnect from it all? Nature surrounds the coves of Moraig and Los Tiestos: crystal-clear waters and cliffs that make the area a cosy oasis, ideal for a few hours of rest.
Are you more interested in adventures and excursions? There are many hiking, cycling and diving routes starting from Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, and even from Benitatxell, the town where we are located. Whether you prefer land or sea, new challenges await you!
Do you want to take advantage of your holidays to learn a new sport? Impress them on our paddle tennis court or sign up at the equestrian centre: it’s never too late! You can also take advantage of the Mediterranean Sea to try scuba diving. The cova dels Arcs, at the Moraig cove, is a unique place where you can dive and discover all the marine fauna and flora.
Do you prefer culinary tourism? The products offered by the Costa Blanca area are authentic delicacies. If you prefer an apartment for your summer, Easter or Christmas holidays, you still have the chance to turn our Montecala Gardens into your place of relaxation. A few days ago we launched the second block of apartments! Right now, there are five ground floor flats and two top floor apartments available. All of them have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and make the most of the Mediterranean climate. If you opt for a ground floor flat, you can enjoy a terrace and garden, while on the top floor you will have your own terrace and sun deck. In addition, the communal areas include everything you need to enjoy yourself. Specifically, there are two swimming pools with large sun decks, a children’s playground, and a club house.
If apartments aren’t your thing and you prefer a villa, you are in luck! We currently have two villas available in two of our developments. The first one is Villa Rodas. Located within our Lirios Design development, this modern design villa has a single floor layout and includes three double bedrooms, all with access to the terrace. In addition to the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, one of the main attractions of this villa is the terrace with infinity pool.
If you prefer a more contemporary and minimalist style villa, Villa Palma, at our Magnolias Design development awaits you.
