During the next few days there will be several activities conducted in English language in the municipality of Jávea as we show you below:

 

Theatre plays in English language:

“Last Tango in Little Grimley” and “What’s for Pudding”, every day at 20:00 h. until 6 July at Casa de Cultura of Jávea.

Before the play, you can enjoy a tapas dinner at Alfresco Tapas  (Plaza de Baix, Old Town). (more…)

2nd Jávea’s Sea Festival

Jávea’s Port

From 31 May to 2 June will be held in Jávea the 2nd “Festival del Mar” (Sea Festival) around different spots in the port area like Admiral Bastarreche Sq., Jaume I  Ave and  Club Nautico de Javea (yacht Club).

The main event of this festival will be a boat and nautical equipment tradeshow, which will also feature a preowned equipment sell. Also there will be several sport competitions and numerous leisure and festive activities aimed at families, sailing demonstrations, boat rental, water sports, fishing workshops for children, seafood cuisine stalls, concerts, fashion shows and photo exhibitions among other activities. The weekend of 10 to 12 May Jávea will host once again the Xabia Folk Festival, an event featuring renowned artists from around the world that this year celebrates its eleventh edition.

 

On Friday 10 May at 22:30 h. at the Church Square RODINKA (small family in Czech language) will perform the first concert of the Xabia Feolk. This band was formed by five women of two generations of the same family of Prague and installed in Limoux, south of France. Their repertoire comprises Slavic, gypsy and klezmer music full of nostalgia scented melodies and love songs. (more…)
