Vive Teulada Moraira
Teulada-Moraira keeps adding up events to its already dynamic schedule of events, making it impossible to get bored in this beautiful town of the Spanish Costa Blanca.
After celebrating its Patron Saint fiestas, Teulada-Moraira continues the party to rejoice on this fantastic spring weather with the Vive Teulada-Moraira Food & Shopping Weekend from 13 to 15 May 2011.
This year is the second edition of this festival that will surely become tradition. It takes place in the surroundings of the historic Moraira castle.

Casa del Cable in Javea

FiraCalp trade fair 2011
The successful commercial and tourist FiraCalp trade fair is back in town for the third year in a row. This trade has returned like in last year’s edition, but with improvements such as the extension of opening hours and a wide range of quality products at very competitive prices.
This 2011 Calpe Food and Bargains Fair begins on Thursday 5 May in the Plaza Mayor Square of Calpe and is expected to bring together more than 100 merchants selling clothing and footwear, local artisans and food and drink stalls at the dining area.

Local Benissa fiestas
Benissa lives its fiestas with passion. This year, as the previous one and many others before, the fiestas will last a week to end on 8th May.
This is the schedule for this fiesta:
Sunday, 1st May:
8:00 h: Despertada (awakening), bell tolls, parade with marching bands and fireworks.
8:30 h: Mass.
10:00 h: Parade with festeros (fiesta people), mayorales and clavariesas, and marching bands.

Fiestas in Teulada
As every year during Holy Week, Teulada sets everything up to celebrate its fiestas, which are held to honour San Vicente Ferrer, patron saint of the town. This year, the fiestas start on Wednesday 27, with concerts by the Agrupación Musical de Teulada —Teulada Music Band— and the Coral Teuladina —teulada choir— at the new auditorium.
On Friday 29 April, some of the most important events taking place in Teulada are the crowning of the 2011 Fiestas Queen. Afterwards, anyone who wishes to join the macro mobile discotheque party can do so.
