Teulada Auditorium in Teulada-Moraira
La Fuerza del Destino (The Force of the Destiny), Musical play tribute to 80’s Spanish’s Pop band Mecano, comes to the Costa Blanca North’s Teulada-Moraira Auditorium on Saturday 9 June at 20:00 h.
This tribute to Mecano gathers singers, musicians and dancers who have worked with Nacho Cano (Founding member of Mecano) in some of the most famous Spanish musical plays. Seventeen artists on stage will perform the best-known songs of legendary Spanish group, supported by a large assembly audiovisual projections and live cameras screening. Pop, rock, rumba, salsa, jazz, soul will be played in this show designed for all audiences and ages. Admission: 22 €.

Handicraft in Lliber
The weekend of 26 and 27 May there are several outdoors events programmed in the township of Lliber (Vall de Pop) specially aimed to enjoy the lovely weather in the company of family and friends.
Summer Crafts Fair on Saturday 26 May
From 11:00 to 17:00 h. there will be more than 40 stalls with a variety of handmade articles along with performances of flamenco, Spanish guitar and more.

Exhibitions at Jávea
Upcoming art exhibitions in Javea, a wide range of galleries and rooms for art on the Costa Blanca North.
On Friday, 18 May Fundación CIRNE will open the exhibit “Art i Mort al Montgó”(Art and Death in the Montgo), an exposition about the remains and cave paintings found at Barranc de Migdía cave. This exhibition will be open until 30 June.
Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Soler Blasco will open tonight at 20:00 h. the photographic exhibition “Sahara, Desierto de Esperanza” (“Sahara, Desert of Hope”). This exhibition shows different aspects of daily life in the Saharawi camps. During the opening there will be a lecture by a representative of Dar al Karama and a documentary screening: Sahrawi, a people on the edge.

Hiking trails in Javea
This month, the town of Jávea is organizing guided hiking trail activities that Cumbre del Sol neighbors might find interesting because these activities will take place just 11 Km from the development.
Granadella Cove – Castell trail via Teuleria (PR-CV354)
This free of charge activity will take place on Sunday 27 May at 09:00 h. from the Granadella Cove parking in Jávea.
People who want to participate in this activity must be on the meeting place (the parking) at 9:00 o’clock. It is not necessary to register in advance and the approximate time which takes this route to be completed is 3 hours.
