Wine at Vall del Pop
Today we would like to propose traditional activities for the next weekend in Jalón and Vall del Pop. These activities will introduce you in the seasonal local events related to the wine culture as we show you below:
13 September “Night of the full moon and vintage”
21:00 h.: Meeting at Hotel Casa Julia. Welcome to wine and “Marcona” almond from Vall de Pop
21:30 h.: Walk around the vineyard and grape vintage with water from Foia source of Parcent and jugs from the Vall de Pop.
After the vintage there will be a toast to the full moon with champagne of Jalon and then a “posh picnic” under the moonlight, surrounded by candles.

14 September 14 “Night of tread grapes to the candlelit”
Optional visit to Bodegas Xalò: Tasting and tour around the facilities
– From 20:00 h.: arrival at Maserof. Welcome and wine tasting at the masía.
21:00 h.: Tread grape at candlelight in a sixteenth century press.
21:30 h.: Dinner at the old house rooms and patios. Home-made wine degustation.
23:00 h.: Champagne toast and end of activity
